With our mortgage rate due to expire in less than 4 weeks. David was super efficient & met with us within 24 hours of contacting him & talked us through the rates available. We had many questions and David was available on the other end of the phone to answer these & provide the correct information needed to arrange our mortgage. He was up to date with current rates & advised us on the best option for us. Katie chased up with the mortgage providers daily & kept us up to date & enabled us to have our mortgage completed in time, before our old one expired and went to a variable rate.
